Legal Analysis of Development in Organizational Ambidexterity in Higher Education Institutions

Ambidexterity plays an important role in organizational development, which influences national development. National development is a joint effort between the people and state carried out order to improve themselves better direction together. The aim of this research analyze law amidecsterity higher education institutions. This part qualitative using systematic review approach. Systematic method that uses previous evidence-based evidence through review, evaluation, structured classification categorization. results analysis show ambidexterity institutions model integrates performance determinants classy institutions, proposes commitment influenced by: (a) brand ambidexterity, explorative exploitative oriented; (b) able adapt social economic environment; (c) being responsive students' perceptions university's image reputation will increase their studies. implication provide overview so they can develop concept process implementing education.
